JM: He and Kate are busy working on that fic for them you want to write...and if you want my opinion? He's probably working on trying to get into *my* pants, too.

Me: Oh...right. Okay, well...what's up?

JM: You know that OT3 fic you're working on?

Me: What about it?

JM: You're trying too hard. Consider two things...one, just start writing. And I suggest kicking it off *before* Boone's death. Sort of a hurt/comfort kind of thing.

Me: Hmmmm...that's good. What else?

JM: You want to take a step from I WILL FEAR NO EVIL? Don't take a step from it...take the whole damn book.

Me: *blinks* *thinks* Ohhhhhhh...

JM: *raises an eyebrow* See?

Me: Now I know why Amber loves you...you *are* a dear!

JM: *lopsided grin* I have my moments.

Me: And modest, too...little man, I have some Jate with YOUR name on it!

JM: *chuckles, shaking his head a bit*
